The 40-week session is set to commence on August 30, 2026, and will conclude on June 19, 2027. During this period, there will be a holiday break from December 21, 2026, to January 3, 2027, allowing participants to enjoy time off for the holidays. It's important to note that this registration option requires a written cancellation request submitted at least 45 days prior to dropping off class enrollment. This helps maintain the integrity of the program and allows for proper planning and resource allocation. Additionally, please be aware that tuition is billed on a monthly basis, not as a lump sum for the entire session. Each month's tuition will be automatically charged on the first day of the month to the payment method you have selected in your Parent portal account.

The 48-week session is set to commence on August 30, 2026, and will conclude on August 14, 2027. During this extensive period, participants will have the opportunity to engage in various activities and classes tailored to enhance their skills and knowledge. Importantly, there will be a holiday break scheduled from December 21, 2026, to January 3, 2027. This break is thoughtfully designed to allow participants to unwind and celebrate the festive holiday season, offering them the chance to spend quality time with family and friends, creating cherished memories during this special time of year.

In addition to the enriching experience of the session, enrolling in this program entitles participants to several valuable benefits. One notable perk includes a complimentary Silver-level birthday party for the enrolled student, which can make their special day even more memorable. But don't wait too long, this offer is only available to the first 50 registered students.

It is crucial for participants to be aware of the cancellation policy associated with this session. If you decide to cancel your registration, it is mandatory to submit a written cancellation request at least 60 days prior to the intended date of dropping your class enrollment. This policy is established to facilitate a seamless transition for both the participants and the program, ensuring that all parties involved are adequately informed and prepared.

Additionally, it is important to note that tuition fees for the program are billed on a monthly basis, rather than requiring a single upfront payment for the entirety of the session. This monthly billing cycle means that each month, the tuition fee shown for the class will be automatically charged to the designated payment method linked to your Parent portal account on the first day of each month. This approach offers convenience and flexibility for managing payments.

To cancel the monthly enrollment option, you must submit a written cancellation request before the 1st of the month. This ensures that your tuition payment will be canceled, and the student will be dropped from the class. Please ensure your request is submitted on time to avoid any charges.

This does not apply to American Express, debit cards or other forms of payment. Please note, that there is Annual class registration fee of $30, which covers the period: Sept. 2026-Aug. 2027!* Make check payable to: Summit Gymnastics. We accept all major credit cards, debit cards and checks . Returned checks will result in an automatic $30 fee to the customer’s account. Declined credit cards transactions will incur a $10 fee. Failure to pay within (30) days of the due date will result in the child being removed from the class. It is the parent's responsibility to update the office records with emergency contact information or change of address.

For those considering the 40 or 48-week enrollment options, it is crucial to remember that a written notice is required—45 days for the 40-week option and 60 days for the 48-week option—before a student can be officially dropped from enrollment. This helps maintain the integrity of the program and allows for proper planning and resource allocation.
